Affinity On Errol

Found an amazing new place in North Melbourne - Affinity on Errol! It is how cafes are to be - small, cosy, good and and great coffee. The burger I had was "drop-dead" perfect and the pork-belly sandwich which my cousin had was full of flavour. The cafe uses biodynamic meat, I know it sounds like a gimmick but it honesty taste "mind-blowing"! Taste the difference! The service is great and attentative without being too intruding. Definitely will be back again. Highly recommended.

Amazing food and coffee!!!! I can feel how dedicated and talented the chef and the barista are. They really care about their food. Best owners and comfortable environment in Melbourne. Definitely recommended

On 29 October 2022 for our Brunch Date we went to Affinity on Errol We got: Iced Latte Breakfast Burger + Halloumi This is a classic and they made it just right! The egg was cooked perfectly, buns were nicely toasted, hash brown was crispy and the additional halloumi added the extra savoriness to the burger Kinoko & Crispy Tofu Rice Bowl + Fried Egg This is something special that you need to try in this cafe! Same as the burger, the egg yolk was perfectly runny and fully coated the rice, the tofu was soft to the touch, and the star of the show ⭐ the mushroom broth ⭐ was incredible ‼ It was the first time I’ve tried something like this and I’m now obsessed! Overall, this cozy place is the perfect place to have a nice and intimate brunch/lunch with classic western and japanese influenced menu that were done perfectly We definitely see ourselves coming back for more

We had karaage, beef stew, gyoza, tonkatsu sandwich, and a naked burger — everything was absolutely delicious! We also ordered a cappuccino and dirty matcha, which were great too. And the cafe owners were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this lovely cafe!

A serendipitous discovery on route to errands, I was drawn to an innovative menu melding Western crowd-pleasers with Japanese favourites, giving the best of both worlds. The Miso Ocean Trout lunch set had a little bit of everything. The fish had a burst of briny flavour, being the highlight of the meal. Like so often in a Bento Box, every ingredient was in harmony with its neighbours. After every morsel was devoured, one feels satisfyingly well fed without that bloated sensation or gluttonous guilt. The iced black sesame "latte" was refreshing with just enough sweetness to be memorable. Friendly service in an unpretentious, casual setting, this place is great for that relaxed brunch when you fancy something a bit different. I left in curiosity about the Okonomiyaki Your Way... a reason to go back another day.

I have visited numerous times, and the food is always delicious, especially the beef stew and the trout set meal. The barista and chef are friendly, and the coffee is great. Highly recommended!

tried this lovely cafe as it’s near my new work and wow!! I will be coming back that’s for sure only got to try their freshly made matcha mochi slice and it was delicious! the barista kindly suggested I zap it in the microwave, it was gooey nutty ricey deliciousness. keen to come back for their iced hazelnut chai and other speciality drinks! thanks affinity for the lovely hospitality!

COSY RELAXED CAFE ON ERROL Affinity is a good option for a coffee and a meal on North Melbourne's busy Errol St strip. Friendly staff, good coffee and a decent menu selection. Offers breakfast (extended hours) and lunch. People with mobility issues will be fine here as there are no steps to negotiate
